आत्म नियंत्रण का अर्थ हैं अपने दिए हुए वचन का कठोरता से पालन |
सही संगति में तो हर कोई सही हैं |
मज़ा तो तब हैं मैं एक बुरी संगत में हूँ, फ़िर भी सही हूँ |
संस्कार – गरीबी अक्सर संस्कार लेकर आती हैं |
जब आपके पास पैसे नहीं होते तो अमूमन आप बुरी लतो से दूर ही रहते हो |
मज़ा तो तब हैं जब मयख़ाना खरीदने की औकात हो और आप शराब को हाथ तक न लगाए |
शौक़ और नियंत्रण – मुझे महंगी से महंगी शराब पीने का शौक हैं | सप्ताह की एक शाम अपनी प्रेमिका के साथ या अपनी पत्नी और वयस्क बच्चों के साथ एक महंगी शराब और स्वादिष्ट खाना और अगले सप्ताह की एक शाम अपने कमीने (सच्चें ) दोस्तों के साथ महंगी से महंगी शराब और ढ़ेर सारा स्वादिष्ट खाना | यह नियम और निंयत्रण मेरा हर महीने चलता हैं |
नियंत्रण या आत्म-नियंत्रण जीवन को आनंद या खुशी में बदल देता है।
मसलन, महंगी शराब का शौक़ दवा बन जाती हैं और महँगी से महँगी शराब ख़रीदने का शौक़ आपको अपने जीवन में अधिक से अधिक धन कमाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करती हैं | जिसका शराब पर नियंत्रण हैं , अमूमन उसका ख़ुद पर नियंत्रण हैं |
किंतु ऐसा होता नहीं हैं, किसी अन्य दिन की थकान, तनाव, या अचानक से मिली सफ़लता आपको शराब के लिए बाध्य कर देती हैं | और ! यह शौक़ कब लत में बदल जाएं ये कोई नहीं कह सकता | इसलिए मैंने शराब को एक लत कहा हैं |
जबकि मेरी नज़र में नियंत्रण भी अपने दिए हुए वचन का कठोरता से पालन हैं | सप्ताह का एक दिन मतलब सिर्फ एक दिन | फ़िर चाहें किसी अन्य दिन तनाव हो , थकान हो या किसी दिन अचानक से मिली सफ़लता |
उम्मीद हैं – मैं आपकी प्रेमिका को फ़िर आने वाले दिनों में पत्नि के रूप में देखूँ | क्युकि इस प्रकार का नियंत्रण आपकी कई प्रेमिका बना देता हैं | इसलिए अपनी प्रेमिका के साथ वफ़ादार रहिये |
स्मरण रहे ! मैंने महंगी से महंगी शराब के विषय में लिखा हैं | न ही व्हिस्की और कुछ अन्य प्रकार |
मैं फिर से लिखूंगा, “जिसने ‘न’ शब्द कहना सीख लिया। इसका मतलब है कि व्यक्ति ने खुद पर और दुनिया पर जीत हासिल कर ली है।”
इसी प्रकार आप किसी भी महंगी से महंगी चीज़ को पाने की ख़्वाहिश रख सकते हैं | महंगी से महंगी चीज़ पाने का सपना न देखें | शुरुआत किसी अच्छें ब्रैंड वाले घड़ी या कपड़े से करें |

ENGLISH VERSION:
The one who learnt to say the word “No”.
It means that one has conquered himself/herself and the world.
Self-control means strict adherence to one’s given word.
Everyone is right in the right company.
The fun is when I’m in bad company, yet I’m right.
Secrament– Poverty often brings Secrament (sanskar).
When you do not have money, you usually stay away from bad habits.
The fun is only when you can afford to buy a bar and you don’t even touch wine.
Hobby and Control – I am fond of drinking expensive liquor. I spend one evening of the week with my girlfriend or my wife and adult children, with one of the most expensive wine and delicious foods, and the following, next week, one evening with my bastard (true) friends, with one of the most expensive wine and a lot of delicious foods. This rule of mine runs every month.
Control or Self-control turns life into joy or pleasure.
For instance, the hobby of such expensive liquor becomes medicine and the hobby of buying expensive liquor encourages you to earn more and more money in your life. One who has control over alcohol usually has control over himself, too.
However, it doesn’t happen; any other day’s fatigue, stress, or sudden success forces you to drink wine. And! No one can tell when this hobby will turn into an addiction. That’s why I have called alcohol an addiction.
Where as from my point of view, control also means strict adherence to one’s given word. One day of the week means just one day. Be it stress, fatigue or sudden success on any other day.
I hope to see your girlfriend as a wife in the coming days. Because this type of control and hobby may make many girlfriends, so, be loyal to your girlfriend.
Remember! I have written about expensive liquor, neither whiskey nor any other type.
Whiskey is risky Wine is fine!
